• KYC documentation has not been provided within the timeframe requested by s999.
• The account belongs to a person under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, s999 will notify the account holder within 48 hours. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account is reinstated and any funds held during the suspension period remain intact.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at s999's discretion following completion of any required legal or financial review process.
